Hi everyone,

I will be moving to Denver for a year to join a volunteer program. In my
free time (if I have any) I would like to make pottery in a studio. I won't
have a lot of money to spend on supplies or a membership, so I'm wondering
what sort of options I have. Also, my work will involve designing
recreational activities for senior citizens and young children. I'm
wondering if it's possible to incorporate a few activities with a studio or
with the art museums out there.
Thanks,
Chrissy Brown

Check out The Arvada Center for Arts and Humanities, find BOB SMITH in
Idledale, check out Arapahoe Community College, they have a great clay
program. MILE HIGH CERAMICS might have a recommendation and Jim Cooper also
has a clay place. There are lots of good potters there. The Arvada Center
is terrific and wasn't, when I lived there, real expensive.
