After reading the post about drying apricots in the kiln, I am tempted to
try drying figs in mine!!! My 20 x 30 ft Brown Turkey fig has gone beserk,
and I have to fight the wasps who are drunk from the fermented ones! Any
potters in Atlanta who wish to experiment with kiln-dried figs PLEASE come &
get as many as you want! Bring a cherry-picker if you have one!!!
Amy, who vows to prune the fig tree during winter instead of making pots at
