There is still time to reserve a space for the JIM ROMBERG WORKSHOP,
=22FORM, FIRING AND EXPRESSION THROUGH RAKU CERAMICS: Hands on investigation
with forms, surface, and personal expression and their relationships and
possibilities in Raku. =22 at LALOBA RANCH CLAY CENTER LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO.

The workshop will run from September 14-22 during the height of the fall
foliage season in the Rocky Mountains.

Jim is the head of the ceramics department at Southern Oregon University in
Ashland, Oregon, and his work for which he as been awarded many honors here
and abroad, has been included in many prestigious collections and shows
throughout the world. He is considered to be not only an outstanding
teacher, but also one of the leading ceramic artists in this country. His
work has appeared in numerous publications including =22CONTEMPORARY
CERAMICS:JIM M. ROMBERG, U.S.A.=22 an 85 page monograph of his work =
published
in England, French, and German.

Workshop includes lodging, three meals a day. Two Academic credits(graduate
and undergraduate) are also available with this class.
