Hi,
After my rant concerning the delivery of some Tucker clay from
Shimpo I got a very nice email from the managerof their ceramics
divison offering an explanation and herconcern. As I explained in my
relpy I only wanted to know what was going on. It takes a lot of
edge off even when the explanation is given even this long after the
fact.
I at least know they looked into the situation hopefully to correct any
problems. I'm really kind of glad since I like usingthe Tuckerclay.
