80-50910 ISBN 0-684-16670-4 published in the US by Charles Scribner's Sons
1980. There may also be later editions.
Used condition is fine as long as all the pages are there.

I have found some old, out of print books through them (and the used book
dealers that list with them).

I have copy from the library. Just copying out those glazes that
interest me :-)
It is paperback (card) 1986 with ISBN 0 7134 1997 0, printed by Butler
and Tanner Ltd, Frome and London for the publishers B T Batsford Limited
4 Fitzhardinge Street, London W1H 0AH.
