i took a snap, and i mean snap, with my new digital camera.
olympus D-600L.
i put the resulting photo on the clayart page.
it is of tony and sheila's wonderful shino, woodfired pot.

the camera is great, and i am learning fast how to use it.
not really a big issue...rather straight forward.

i hope at some point, someone out there in cyperspace is going
to join forces with george kollar, but it will take a special person
with a great deal of computer know how....he is a great guy..
and a good sailor...he let me take his 22 foot sail boat out on lake michigan..
and that is a scary thought.

george also introduced me to the folks at the `clearing`, one of the most
beautiful learning centers in north america (at the northern tip of door
county, wisconsin.....and they may want us to do a
workshop/sorta like hay creek for a week maybe next year. (october)
so, we may be looking for about 15-20 people that would like the ultimate
clay/shared learning/northwoods/lake michigan experience.
