I am 7 months pregnant, and am concerned about the possible
harmful affects that doing pottery could have on my breast milk? I am
an apprentice at a local pottery school, and my responsibilities
include mixing the glazes, firing the electric and gas kilns and
maintaining the studio. I would obviously take the usual precautions
of using the respirator when mixing the glazes, and wearing aprons
over my clothes, etc..... Does anyone know of the risks or precautions
I should take when I go back to the studio, when the baby will be
4-5 months old ( and still hopefully breastfeeding)??? You might
