Use stout 2 x 4's to create a square or rectangular frame. Detail this so
that the top as well as the bottom of this assembly is flat. This can be
done with eight pieces of 2 x 4 overlapped at eh corners, using glue and
screws to join. Cover the top side with a piece of 3/4" plywood.
Attatch 4 swivel casters with plate mounting to the 4 bottom corners. Use
lag screws, washers, and lock washers to secure.
