Does anyone know a source for Avery or Helmar clay.. Even a small qty would

You can ask your local pottery supply store to order you some. I believe
Archie Bray sells it. If you local store doesn't handle it and has to order
it for you, you may have to buy a whole bag of it. Also, check with some of
the local potters -- maybe someone is using it can sell or give you a small
quantity to try.

Hi Jim

I don't know where you are but Helmers is pretty common. Your supplier can
order it from the Archie Bray centre in Montana I think. I've seen it at
Pottery warehouse on Vancouver Islan, Greenbarn in Vancouver and at Seattle
Pottery Supply and at Georgies in Portland
