Castor Sugar for everyone who has never met the term. Fine granulated sugar,
feels slightly gritty. Icing Sugar is superfine ground. No, I=92m not a chef=
or a
pastry cook, but I do know how to get into a dictionary when I read or hear =
a
word which I have not used before. Must try it out. I wonder if it is like =
the
trick with cornstarch and soy sauce which is anti thixotropic, becomes =
brittle
when stirred or shaken, but pours like a dream.
