Thank you everybody!! I'm trying all of the suggestions, short of
purchasing the special chair. I may do that, but I want to see if the
other suggestions are workable first. And I promise, I will also try
stand-up throwing.

The paper mail just came, and I was reading and
reading, on and off line.... Manic -- well maybe.....
Anyway, the crisp new shiny CT came in, there is an
ad, from Giffin-Grip, that talks about the back thing
and "I throw up standing" Thead refers you to the
article written by John P. Glick...
I have hunted down the actual page of the article..
