Sadly, you are using slightly soluble materials. Some salts go
into solution then crystallize out later when concentrations and
temperatures change. And once the crystals form they do not resolubilize
readily. If you have a way of heating the glaze slurry to 140 oF (+/-),
then you will redissolve the crystals and you can start fresh again. But
on standing the crystals will reform. To avoid this you will have to
switch to a one or more frits.
