Bartlett Instrument Company makes the Kiln Controller for my Olympic Kiln.
The difference in how the customer is treated by this company vs. the way the
customer is treated with the Olympic kiln company is like night and day.
Thanks to the Bartlett family and their office manager who made my day by
just being there when I need them. They are to be commended for their
customer service and helpful instructions to those of us who just muddle
along in this business called
CLAY.

I also had good customer service from Bartlett. I had ordered one of their
digital pyrometers. It was about four or five years ago when there were
terrible Mississippi River floods. Even though their shop was a foot under
water they were responsive. In all of the chaos with them trying to fill
orders, the wires in the back of the pyrometer were crossed. And, duh, I
hadn't a clue. Anyway, kudos again to Bartlett for their customer service.
