List Members,
I run a small art center in State College, PA. The art center offers many
subjects but our dominant classes and memberships are in the pottery area.
I would like information and suggestions on setting up a Ceramic Studio
resident artist program. I hope that we can develop it into a program that
would be valuable to art students looking for an instructional environment
to improve their skills and portfolios for graduate schools, etc.
Information about fair compensation, duties, and lengths of tenure would be
highly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
