Hi Everyone...
It's me again. Thank you to everyone who responded to my cylinder question!!!
I appreciate all of the advice, and will try them all! Everyone is different,
so hopefully one will work for me!!! =)
I decided to rephrase my second question from that short list, to this:
Does anyone know of a glaze recipe for a navy blue, cone 6, oxidation
glaze? I guess I wasn't specific enough the first time around. So, if anyone
has any suggestions on this glaze, I would appreciate them!
Thank you in advance,
Sarah - The not so frustrated student. (thanks to all of you!)

Hi Sarah,
Try this recipe for a clear glaze (or your own favorite clear) and
add 3% cobalt carbonate. If you want the color even deeper, add more
cobalt. If you want the color to be "blacker" try adding a little
iron or manganese.
Cone 6 Clear (Tony Hansen's 5x20 glaze)
20 EPK (Edgar Plastic Kaolin)
20 Silica
20 Frit 3134
20 G-200 or Custer Feldspar
20 Wollastonite
Have fun.
Chris

Sarah,
Please go to
http://www.potters.org/categories.htm
Go to glazes. You'll find loads of recipes. Some are under specific
colors, some are elsewhere. Depending on your particular clay, the glaze
may or may not fit. You may have to adjust for expansion. If you find
something you like, you may want to ask the list if someone has used that
glaze with your particular body. That may get you more specific help.

My wife entered to the room, she shoed me what is navy blue, so take any
