Thanks to all that responded on and off line..
First, let me say that i had the "Replacement Cost Protection" on the entire
shipment..North American Van Lines sent an adjuster to my house and took a
few pictures and promptly issued me a check for MY estimate for replacing the
kiln..
i can't complain about that..
