superglue for skin

Hi All,

Been too busy to post lately but I have caught a little of the superglue
discussion. A product called Nuskin is sold at the pharmacy and it is a
superglue for skin cracks and cuts. It works well, stings a bit upon
application but does hold up for at least a portion of the day. I haven't
tried throwing with it but I have hung a lot of wallpaper and I find that on
a commercial job where conditions are definitely intense and hands are
constantly wringing out sponges that I can get about 3 hours out of one
application.

On a related note, I recently donated a couple of high grade synthetic
wallpaper sponges to the pottery coop that I belong to. The sponges were
just a little too large for my hands for the constant use that wallpapering
demands. They are far and away the best studio sponges available and make
all cleaning tasks quicker and easier. The tight texturing of the foam is
also ideal for wiping the bottom of pots after glazing. Far superior to
those cheap kitchen type sponges or floppy auto washing sponges. They are
expensive, probably eight bucks a pop but well worth it. Look for them at
your local paint store or at auto parts stores or farm/tack supply stores.
They are called Miracle Hydra sponges.

That's all for now. Thanks to those who post tirelessly and answer all those
newbie questions. You folks are saints!

Thanksgiving! Ain't global warming grand?
