A Chinese Story about famous dish "Beggar's Chicken" around Shanghai area.
Long time ago, a beggar stole a chicken from his neighbor. He had to hide
himself and eat the chicken very fast before anyone saw him.
He took the chicken to river side. The beggar dig out some wet clay from the
river bank and covered then on all over the chicken without take any feather
off. Then, he set up a fire underneath the checken.
After the smell came out, he took off all the clay off, and all feather came
way with th clay.
Now you can smell it. Don't forget your dressing of the chicken!
