Israel, I have used both Degussas Red and Bordeaux red. However not as an
underglaze, but mixed with the glaze.A very small quantity of the red 1%
gave me a nice red. The Bordeaux red however results in a different
shade of red, which is also much paler than the Degussa red. Of the two I
personally prefer the Degussa red color. Mia in sunny and warm ABQ
