You may wish to go straight to the proverbial horses mouth for the
answers to your questions regarding criterion for entries in the SFPN. Jean
Lehman of Lancaster, PA is the originator of the SFPN. Her temporary e-mail

sure will be most helpful.

Clarification on the SPFN and Jean Lehman.
Jean has been the curator of this exhibition for several years but is not the
"originator" of the SPFN.
Currently Jean is in San Marcos, CA with husband Richard and is working and
helping out at the Nottingham Center for the Arts.
Jean is not in charge of the SPFN for 2000 and , although she is a wonderful
and very helpful person indeed, it is somewhat unfair to be directing
querries about the 2000 SPFN to her private email address while she and
Richard are on leave from PA.
Jean and Richard are out of town until about Dec. 14 when they will return to
San Marcos.
