As recommended I have completed a series of line blends and have arrived
at a blue that doesn't run even though it contains TiO2. In a nutshell I
reduced the Frit 3134 from 20 parts to 10 parts ( reduced by 50%)
Upped the EPK from 23 parts to 30 parts ( upped by 30%). I finally
settled on an add of 3% TiO2 which with !.5% cobalt oxide gives me the
blue I was looking for. Cone 5 tip touching shelf and cone 6 witness at
1 o'clock. Clay is Standard 112.
