I had a good experience buying shelves from them. One shelf of
12 developed a crack after 3 of 4 firings and they sent me a new
one no charge after I sent the defective one back. These were
Nitride bonded and I love them. They were weird in the first
firing tho. Reduced the bottoms of the pots heavily. I'd fire
them without pots the first time around.
