You can bisque earthernware stoneware and poreclain all at cone
06....................
and of course glaze firing will be higher..................
per Bob Owens........retired professor/dept head of fine arts/ceramics at
North GA College for over 32 years.......now a fulltime
potter...............took a class of his recently and the man is brillant in
such a down to earth way., not to mention he is a dead ringer for Andy
Griffith...... :) and I have tried bisque-firnig all these clays at 06 and
seems to work for me.......good luck..

(JUST GOT ripped off...........in my own yard...at my front door
practically................family Christmas presents stolen out of my van
sometime in the night...and here I am in the country where things are
supposed to be safe......
be careful out there.......I have a strong feeling that I was followed home
last night from the last store that I shopped ......no one was hurt, though
and I am grateful for that.................)
