Nina, purchase a copy of the Artfair Source Book (800) 358-2045. They have
different ones for different regions - east coast, west coast, midwest,
etc. By far
THE most comprehensive listing and evaluation of art fairs available. Also
Sunshine Artist mag (800) 597-2573 has listings of art fairs and some info
on size/attendance.

I think, first, you need to give us a clue as to the type of work you do.
There are a myriad of great shows in the Midwest, too many actually, but
they range from weeds and seeds to highly collectible work.

Watch out for this mag....tends to be weeds and seeds shows, although some
of the top ones are listed too.
