Joyce in the Mojave (sorry, I don't have your email address any more) - I
must have been off the list when your plate thing was started. Can you
bring me up to speed? I'd love to send you one!

I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it left.

Hey Dai,

I had a generous gift of birthday money to be spent on pottery, and
decided I wanted a plate collection of clayarters' work. I've bought
some plates outright (while the money lasted), and am swapping a
best-I-can-do bowl for others. The bowls are soup size to small serving
bowl, not to order but just however they turn out, either glazed with
shino, cracked shino or copperred/copperpurple glazes. There will be a
few weeks before I can get them all completed and packed to mail. I can
send you a check or eventually send you a bowl (this having to make
to a sort of deadline is good for me, but I do have some money left). At
this point what I'd really like is a couple of salad/dessert plates
since I have many dinner plates, thanks to claybuds, but I'll be
delighted to take anything you want to send. Sweet of you to think of
me.

My snail mail is: I'll need yours, too.
