------------------
I just moved to Orlando, Florida from Dallas. I have a studio at home, but =
I
find it useful to interact with other potters. In Dallas, I was taking
independent study classes from a junior college. It was great to have a =
little
guidance and access to the studio at the college. I am looking for =
something
similar in Orlando - a place where I can interact and get a little guidance.=
I
understand UCF and Valencia have some classes, but they are WAAAYYYY on the
other side of town. Does anyone in the area have experience with the =
colleges?
Are there any other good places to =22set up shop=22? Anyone from Orlando -=
how do
I get plugged in here? Thanks=21

Catharine,

Get in touch with Stephen Jepson. I'm sure he'd be glad to help you get
plugged in. He's in Geneva, which is almost a suburb of Orlando, and you can
find his phone number in Ceramics Monthly.

Also, take a trip to Axner. They're really nice folks and know all the local
potters, besides being an excellent supply house.
