Just an update--the extra copy I had has been sold. I was surprised so many=
of
you are looking for this book. A suggestion--check the on-line auctions
periodically. Some of the copies offered go for ridiculous prices, but =
others
tend to be reasonable--especially if they don't have a dust jacket, etc.
