There used to be a place at the Craft Village at Hatton, near Warwick.
That was a little while ago though.

We often make molds for sculpture if a small scale is required using clear
silicone caulking material and brushing it on in thin layers and allowing
it to dry between layers. It is not a perfect material but is readily
available.
