I can suggest two books, which you may be able to borrow from your library =
-
Repairing Old China and Ceramic Tiles. By Jeff Oliver. In the Craftsman's =
Guides
series.
The Care and Repair of Antiques. Chancellor Press. This includes furniture,
carpets, metalware, etc. The section on old china and ceramics is the same =
as in
Oliver's book.
You can use ready-made epoxy-resin putties available on the market, which =
can be
coloured with artist's pigments. Or the books have instructions to make your=
own
filler.
