Go to a bike repair shop, ask them for bicycle brake cable that they
throw out when replacing, and untwist..you will have many many great
stainless steel cut off wires with an additioinal bonus of a shell-like
cut off pattern , from the crimps left from uncoiling.I twist the ends
into large size washers .They last forever.
