I live in Oklahoma and I am trying to find a used potters wheel (for a
reasonable price) I Sculpt but what to work on a wheel. I have called
everywhere I can think of. Does anyone have suggestions for a "wanna-be"
haha.
Thanks!

www.Craigslist.com is the way to go on this one! I recently purchased a GT400 for $375.00! A wonderful deal and it works wonderfully! It is a simular site to that of Ebay.

Good Luck!

Rosielee, You may have to drive. I picked up a good
Amaco 15 in Austin and a good Brent EJ in Ft. Worth.
Both were on Ebay. Check L&R Specialties in Nixa, Mo.
They have a buy and sell page on their website called
the Slurry bucket. Just listings. Scored two used bisque kilns
and some insulating fire brick through that source.
www.claydogs.com Also check on school system auctions
in your area and municipal clay studios. I am located in Tulsa
and reasonably priced goods can be found but proximity to
a larger population helps. Good Luck.
