clayart members' email addresses

A couple of weeks ago I had an occassion to search for
the email address of a list member. So I went
somewhere in the Clayart system and scrolled through
the alphabetized list of people until I found the person
I was looking for. It worked just fine . . . I found the
address, sent my mail, and the communication got done.
Great.

Today I had another reason to look up a different email
address of another list member. I have to confess that
I can't remember how I did it last time. Where did I
go in the system? Can someone tell me how to do this?

A bit embarrassing to have to post this, but, hey,
computers are wonderful when you know how to access
them and useless when you don't.

Hi Curtis,
You can look up people's emails by using a listserve command. This is
kind of detailed in that email we get when we first sign up.

- address your mail to listserv@lsv.uky.edu (this is the email used for
list serve commands, not clayart emails)
- don't put anything in the subject area
- to get a list of CLAYART subscribers, send the following e-mail
message to listserv@lsv.uky.edu:
REVIEW CLAYART F=MAIL
- or sorted by alphabetically by name:
REVIEW CLAYART BY NAME
- if your mail program automatically adds a signature to your emails,
simply write the word "end" after your listserve command. That way the
program won't try to interprete your signature as a command to follow.

Hope this helps,
Jocelyn
