some people seem to be very impressed that joyce
is firing a reduction kiln all alone. a retired principal, no experience.
well, for those who understand, it is not that big a deal.
she has no special courage, she is just getting on
with it. as she should. more of you should take note.
a mature, bright woman, doing pots in her back yard.
not such a big deal.

the joy of this list for many of us is teaching and
helping those that will listen and learn.
it reminds me of people that will call nils at his
5 a.m. and argue with him that flat tops don't work.
geez. and of course never listen to what he has to say.
