sagging kiln elements i can help!!

Hi Di~
I have had sagging elements before as well. I fixed the problem by taking an
old element ( that's not in the kiln :) heating it up and then straightening,
then cut into inch long pieces or what ever is sufficient. Once you have done
this heat your kiln up make sure you ware gloves and use pliers to do this!!
Anyhow, heat your kiln up and once the elements in the kiln are hot
(orange/red) push them back into place where they belong and insert the inch
long pieces in the wall where they can hold the element, use as many pieces
as you need until elements are in place!! Hope this helps.

If you use a propane torch and just heat the area and a little bit more ,to
make sure that you do not break the element, you will not end up cooking in
your own kiln. Make sure that the elements is red hot as explained.
