I need some help operating my Paragon kiln to cone 5. I received this kiln
for free and have used it to cone 08 but never to to cone 5 and have lost
the book on it. Any one that can help please do! It would be greatly
appreciated.

Deborah,
Fire it the same way you would to cone 08, just leave it on. If it's
going to make it to cone 5 at all, it will make it in 12 hours or less.
If it doesn't get to cone 5 in 12 hours, you probably need new elements.

Hi Deborah!

What is the model number of your kiln?

Also, Check the information panel and make sure it is
supposed to go to that temp first.. I don't know much
about Paragons, but I know once I was going to buy a
second hand kiln and that sucker had a temp height
that was ^1 or something like that....
