Funny. Thanks.
You and Pam both suggested throwing dry. I think somewhere along my path,
I was to understand that potters who throw too wet are not good potters, and
ones
that throw dry are more experienced. Better potters? What is that really
all about? Preference or skill? Anyway, I used to throw =22drier=22 =
because I did
not
have a splash pan and did not appreciate the clammy, cold overalls.
But now I have such a luxury=21

I empty it for trimmings as well as I like the slop in my pan for engobes.
Makes great engobes base.

The pans are coming apart fine now that I turned the whole thing around.
