Hello,
I have a friend who owns a Venco pugmill, but he has no computer, so I'm =
sending
this for him. He is having a problem with the deairing function. The =
vacuum
pump is registering 25-30lbs.pressure on the guage, but the clay comes out =
with
the center not completely deaired. When you cut a 1/2=22-1=22 thick disk of=
clay,
and bend it, the middle area breaks apart, and is not dense like the outer
areas. Has anyone experienced this, and do you know what the possible =
problem
may be? Any help would be appreciated. We thought that maybe the seal
downstream of the deairing chamber may be bad, but didn't know why that =
would
affect the clay on the inner part of the pug, and not the outer.
