Can anyone recommend what might be a moderate fee for having a three day
workshop? This would be on a one-on-one basis. I likely would not charge
for materials. (one apprentice-three days). The interested party has to
travel clear across the US so I don't know how feasible it would be in any
case. Any input on this would be appreciated.

I charged $120 for a two day workshop and didn't get enough people to cover
costs. Your best bet is to determine what will cover costs and charge that
amount.
