Every clay body I have tried in Thailand is severely lacking in plasticity.
Finally, my supplier sent me a sample of some clay he put through a =
de-airing
pug mill which he demonstrated and sold to another customer. What a =
fantastic
difference. It works beautifully. I do not want to spend big bucks for a pug
mill of my own as the quantity of work I do does not warrant it. However, I =
am
thinking of building a pug mill - small one- (if there is such a creature) =
as I
do not have the space for anything large. If anyone can come up with =
something I
would appreciate it so very much.
