To the lady who asked about it last week,

Nobium oxide :

Low tocicity by ingestion.
When heated to decomposition it emits toxic vapors of niobium.

Niobium :

Some niobium is found in all parts of the body.
No reports of human intoxication.
An eye and severe skin irritant.
Can cause kidney damage.

Experimentally, there is moderate fibrogenic effect on the lungs
after intra-tracheal administration.

Flammable in the form of dust when exposed to flame or by chemical
reaction. It ignites in fluorine, chlorine.
