response to paper saggars and seaweed - spanish moss

I read your posting regarding using seaweed and have been wondering about
getting rid of some of the spanish moss hanging off my trees and using that
in either pit fired or saggared (word?)pots. Anyone try this and what were
the results? Gladly send you some if you want it, the darn stuff smothers

Just wanted to comment on your generous offer to send off some spanish moss
to those who are interested...

The camp I went to when I was a kid was surrounded by trees covered in
spanish moss. One year when my mom dropped me off, she commented on how
beautiful it was.

She, however, didn't think it was so wonderful when I got home at the end of
the week and surprised her with a suitcase full of the moss... and lice and
chiggers and all sorts of other little critters whose home I moved from the
woods into her house!

Just something to consider...
