American Standard the makers of toilets in Toronto has packed up and moved
to Mexico. They are selling off thousnads and thousands and thousand of
kiln shelves and kiln posts at their factory in toronto. Most of the
shelves that are left are 2ft x 3ft by about 2 inches thick. Some are
silicon carbide. You could use 6 of them to build a small salt kiln. fire
it until it's done and them just use 6 more. they want $4 each for them.
Kiln posts by the thousands., feldspar, zircopax, spray booths-large, ware
carts-huge, some fiber and assorted things that this potter dreams about.
It was the most fun I've had with my clothes on.
