Drat!! I'm using NetScape Navigator and, while I can access some of
Tony's page, what I'm getting is obviously a small section across the
top of one page...and that's it. Any suggestions?? I'm able to access
all other web pages that have been listed on Clayart, but not Tony's.
Thank you.

Dear Joyce

Try using IE 5.0 in full screen mode with the appropriate plug-ins.

Good Luck....Donald Burroughs

Tony's page is high tech with lots of bells and whistles, if
you have a slower computer, slow connection, or maybe not
the latest version of Netscape then you can have problems. I
can't get the virtual tour of his shop to work for example,
and I even down loaded the recommended plugin to extend my
capablilties. One of the difficulties when writing HTML and
configuring web pages is to get it so it will run on as many
machines as possible. Some people actually make in affect,
two or more actual pages, one for netscape for example, and
one for Internet Explorer, similar to putting your page up
in say German and English. Some programmers can even set it
so the web page can "see" what version of what you have, and
give you the stuff that will work for your situation. That
way you might go there on your computer and see one thing
and Harry Potter down the road looks at something completely
different.
What version of Netscape are you running would be a place to
start.
And of course as Tony fine tunes his page he will want to
know some of the problems so that he can lessen them if
possible.
