Greetings,
This finally hit me like a sledge hammer across the forehead!
I figured out why I had the firing problems...my stacking
was reversed! This morning, I read through Jack Troy's
"Wood Fired Stoneware and Porcelain."
Big pots on the bottom, set loosely.
Small pots on top, set tightly.
I hope this was it...I'm going to repack the kiln and fire
again this Sunday. I would Saturday, but it's my grandmother's
95 birthday. I CAN'T MISS THAT!!!
