Mel,
I believe you or Kurt indicated fairly soon after the wood firing conference
in Iowa City that you were going experiment with introducing water into a
wood fired kiln and were going to report on your results. I have been
watching for this report and either missed it or let it get by me some way.
I am wondering if you have tried the water introduction or not and what were
your impressions.
An article in the last "Ceramics Technical" by Owen Rye which described
his experience with this idea, stimulated me to ask if you had tried this.
