the Cushing handbook can be ordered by phone from the Alfred Pharmacy.
The phone number is 607-587-9222. They will take your credit card
number over the phone and send your copy right out - they're really
nice there. Apparently, they are an actual pharmacy, but big fans of
ceramics and Cushing's work. They are NOT affiliated with the school.
This is how I got my copy. It's a compilation of Cushings papers re:
most things clay & glaze related. Friendlier than most texts. One of
my fave ceramics books.
