Hi,
I found instructions for viewing Japanese fonts on web pages
at the following site:
http://anipike.com/jpn-txt.html
I tried it on a number of sites and it worked, but I had to go
back and reset the View>character set>Japanese auto-detect sometimes
when I brought up a new page(I'm using Netscape). It didn't seem
to affect English-language web pages.
(not that it matters if you don't read Japanese, but it's prettier
than what you get otherwise.)
Taube Wilson(who can sort-of read the Japanese but can only
Annandale,Va. understand a word here and there.)
