All,
I've been on holiday this week and have been spending a lot of time updating
and renovating my site. I've:
- Renamed my links page to "Potters Portal" which, I think better suits my
idea for it.
- Fixed over 150 broken links.
- Created, better, more useful (if some what eccentric) navigation bars.
- Put the Potter's Portal and the Clayart Show Window are at the bottom of
the bar where they are easier
to find.
- Changed the layout of the "picture" pages so they look better for you with
smaller screens.
- Added text to Mishi's Guest Artist page and changed the layout.
- Edited the text on Carla's Guest Artist page and changed the layout.
- Created a more uniform look to the site
About the "Potters Portal",
- Newly added links will always be listed at the top.
- You will also find them in the category sections as well (but without the
"New!" prefix).
- All the links are sorted by category so it's easy browse the list. You
will often find the same link in several categories if it will fit under
several categories.
- If you want your site added, send me the link.
- I continuously scan Clayart posts for new links and add them when I can.
- If you've been added and want your link taken off, let me know
- If you've moved your site or if it's "died" let me know as well so I can
change the link or delete it.
If you want to look at a clayarter's web site try Potter's Portal. Most of
you are there under Clayart Potters. There is
another section called Potters that contains Clayart Potters and non-Clayart
potters.
If someone has mentioned a site on Clayart and you missed the link, check
the portal. You'll probably find it there.
A web Muffin's work is never done! I still plan to:
- Change some content and layout of the Home Page
- Get the navigation bars working the way I! want them.
- Adding more images
- Adding some text to the Guest Artist Lead page
- Etc.
But the "Day Job" is calling.
