Can anyone recommend a good workshop for realistic (at least somewhat)
figurative sculpture. I'm stuck on constructing arms and legs for
figures approximately 2 feet in height.

My wife has taken 4 great week-long figurative sculpture workshops at The
Scottdale Artist School in Scottsdale AZ. Each workshop was with a different
instructor and they were all good. Some are for beginners. I took a cold
bronze casting workshop there this spring that was very good.
