Hi, Gregg...A couple of other places you might want to look for this =
book is an antique store that carries old books and magazines and =
sometimes libraries clean out their shelves and have a storeroom of =
books they intend to do away with in some manner. I found my copy in an =
antique store in a little town in North Carolina, and considering it's =
"reputation" I bought it for a relatively cheap price....perfect =
condition, too, if I may gloat a bit!!!! Good luck ...Carly
